We are trauma-informed and well-trained.

Lasting Solutions is a licensed behavioral health center, providing therapy to the community. We have a team of well-trained and trauma-informed therapists who use a variety of therapeutic techniques/modalities (CBT, EMDR, ART, DBT, IFS, etc.). We offer both in-office and telehealth therapy. We do NOT provide medication management.

It is important to us to provide care based on each individual's needs and goals, without judgment. We support our therapists in ongoing education/trainings so that our clients can receive the best care possible.
