We are welcoming clients 18 and older for outpatient mental health services in two locations: The new Genesis Outpatient Mental Health Clinic and at our CDAC location. Our services are open to anyone; a substance use disorder is not required to schedule a mental health appointment. Triumph Treatment Services is a Behavioral Health organization located in Yakima, Washington that provides a full continuum of care for adults (18+) including outpatient mental health; residential co-occurring substance use disorder treatment; substance free transitional and permanent supportive housing, peer support, and is a host site for the Parent Child Assistance Program (PCAP). About Outpatient Mental Health services at Triumph

Triumph's outpatient mental health practice provides psychotherapy, assessment, and medication management in a client-centered way. We offer in-person and virtual appointments. Our staff includes licensed mental health counselors and a psychiatric ARNP. Our clinicians utilize evidence-based techniques and offer clinical specialties in a culturally responsive way to assist with alleviating mental health symptoms and achieving client goals. We can help with a variety of challenges including but not limited to; stressful childhood experiences, trauma, relationships, family systems & support systems, co-occurring issues related to substance use disorders, health and wellness, stress, anxiety, depression, self-care, parenting, self-empowerment, and more.
