Individuals We Support

We assist adults aged 18 and older who face challenges navigating life effectively because of mental health issues, such as intense depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflicts, difficulties balancing work/school/family, or personality disorders. Our supported groups encompass: (1) Emerging adults working to thrive in college, seeking autonomy from family, and/or adapting to post-graduation realities, (2) Career professionals dealing with psychological conditions, past traumas, and job-related pressures, and (3) At-home parents or empty nesters requiring guidance and redefining their identities.

Benefits of Selecting Petoskey Center?

Petoskey Center stands as a premier facility for addressing mental health concerns, employing a skilled group of seasoned therapists to deliver tailored and holistic care. In contrast to some alternatives, we avoid using novice staff for our services and maintain a small client-to-therapist ratio to ensure personalized focus and support for every individual. We adopt an integrated approach that combines various therapeutic methods (including psychodynamic, dialectical behavior therapy - DBT, and mentalization) to enhance patients' understanding of their mental health issues, strengthen their abilities to manage daily stressors, and initiate positive life changes.
