Skilled and All-Encompassing Professionals

At Oasis, our team consists of well-prepared, trauma-aware, and comprehensively-oriented experts. Our counselors are thoroughly trained and certified to address not just substance issues but also psychological well-being. They hold qualifications like LCAS (licensed clinical addiction specialist), LCSW (licensed clinical social worker), CSAC (certified substance abuse counselor), and CCS (certified clinical supervisor). Our professionals are adept in various techniques to manage addiction, mental health, and trauma through practices such as mindfulness, EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), somatic experiencing, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy). Our group sessions feature mindfulness exercises, discussion, strategies for avoiding relapse, yoga, education on substance use and trauma, breathing techniques, psychodynamic approaches, attachment-focused methods, skill-building, groups tailored by gender, writing exercises, and additional options. On three afternoons weekly, we provide adventure-based therapy to help individuals reintegrate into a fulfilling, sober lifestyle.
