Our Distinctive Treatment Method

What sets BALANCE apart from other initiatives is our focus on smaller group settings for greater personalized support and improved outcomes. We understand that healing goes beyond addressing specific eating patterns alone. Our programs adopt a combined therapeutic strategy that includes proven methods and promotes teamwork. The core of our method relies on a nutritional framework centered on intuitive eating via the All Foods Fit approach. At BALANCE, we use various therapeutic techniques to assist clients in building a balanced and accepting relationship with food, fostering body positivity and enhanced self-worth. We endorse a Health at Every Size (HAES) framework. Our daytime and evening sessions feature relational therapy; cognitive and behavioral interventions (CBT, DBT); creative therapies (art, drama, and movement), yoga and mindfulness practices; hands-on therapy; meal guidance; family support groups; and personalized sessions. Our aim is to help clients not only lessen symptoms but also achieve a more balanced connection with food and their bodies.

We're Ready to Provide Support

Dealing with an eating disorder can feel lonely and overwhelming. Frequently, feelings of being flooded, insufficient specialized assistance, and uncertainty hinder the recovery process. Making the initial move toward healing can be daunting, particularly if you're worried that your unique identity might not be fully acknowledged or appreciated. We are here to offer guidance and understanding.
