Available Offerings

Cambridge Psychology Group is a collaborative practice assisting adults and young people in the Boston region, throughout Massachusetts, and elsewhere. We provide one-on-one therapy using evidence-based methods like CBT, ACT, ERP, and DBT, delivered by highly qualified psychologists, social workers, and counselors. Based on your situation, sessions with us can be adjusted from weekly meetings to more frequent, intensive engagements. Therapy programs might be targeted and brief, such as developing CBT techniques for managing depression over 12 weeks, or extended as you progress, implement new tools, and evolve over time. We also conduct group therapy, advisory services, and educational sessions in the community. Our 13 groups fall into three categories: general, OCD, and addiction-focused.
