Services and Initiatives

MEDICALLY ASSISTED WITHDRAWAL: 40 beds designed for those with long-term substance misuse, particularly opioids, anxiety medications, muscle relaxants, alcohol, and heroin. INPATIENT RECOVERY: A roughly 28-day initiative that concentrates on core elements of substance rehabilitation, including sobriety maintenance, essential life skills development, and recovery strategies. INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM WITH ACCOMMODATIONS: Following the 28-day phase, participants can stay in a stable, substance-free residence while building practical abilities to secure jobs and establish reliable networks. COMMUNITY WELLNESS CENTER: OHL's facility provides general adult medical care, mental health support with therapy and medication oversight, STD evaluations and care, HIV assessments, auxiliary services, and additional resources. HOUSING AND SUPPORT COORDINATION: Aims to transition individuals into reliable, safe homes and maintain their stability through ongoing case assistance. OUTREACH AND AWARENESS EFFORTS: Includes an online radio platform, podcasts, a mobile health unit, local events, complimentary naloxone education, and more!
