Resource Treatment Center - Continuing Care in Indianapolis: Comprehensive Care Resource Treatment Center - Continuing Care in Indianapolis: Comprehensive Care

In our Indianapolis, Indiana-based Resource Treatment Center, we emphasize the essential value of seamless support for the teens and young adults we assist. Upon finishing one of our inpatient programs, we work diligently to equip them with the necessary tools to handle post-treatment life effectively. We initiate discharge planning right from the start of treatment. Before leaving, our team helps residents and their families obtain ongoing resources for sustained support, including recommendations for general healthcare providers and external programs like intensive outpatient services (IOPs) and partial hospitalization options (PHPs). We also facilitate connections to a comprehensive support program from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), known as the Children's Mental Health Initiative (CMHI), which focuses on family-led assistance for youth facing mental health challenges and trauma impacts.
