Family First therapists manage a restricted number of five clients to ensure high-quality, focused attention for both clients and their families. Our Education Specialists oversee each client's academic responsibilities with their school, offer tutoring in key areas, and share updates with families on educational advancements.

Supporting the Entire Family Unit

Family members gain from our Parent Engagement Initiative, a three-day structured family activity that incorporates hands-on Group Therapy like psychodrama or role-play, and creative art therapy. We also examine the science behind adolescent brain development, as well as topics such as shame, dependency, and boundaries through engaging sessions. Family members receive daily assignments designed to fit their unique family interactions.
