Our thorough trauma-centered treatment has been shown to be highly effective and emphasizes profound recovery. We have discovered that this intensive approach is more productive than standard weekly sessions. Traditional hourly therapy often targets symptoms and strategies like yoga, awareness practices, biofeedback, DBT, and similar methods. In contrast, our intensive trauma intervention addresses the root causes of trauma, providing deep and enduring comfort. We utilize some of the most reliable and efficient trauma recovery techniques: eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) along with progressive counting (PC). Our founder and chief director, Ricky Greenwald, PsyD, is a prominent authority in EMDR and the creator of PC, as well as our intensive model. Every member of our therapy team receives comprehensive training, oversight, and hands-on experience in intensive trauma care.

We provide intensive therapy in an outpatient setting, where you engage one-on-one with your counselor for full days (such as 9:00-4:00 or similar). Our programs typically span from a few days to about two weeks. During your treatment period, you will be the sole focus of your therapist. Studies indicate that intensive trauma-focused care is one of the most successful and streamlined methods available. Each person is paired with a caring professional who excels in addressing specific issues. We encourage you to begin your transformation by assessing if our services align with your needs.
