At Evolve Treatment Centers, we assist young individuals aged 12-17 dealing with mental health challenges, substance dependencies, and/or conduct difficulties. Evolve Vanalden serves as a pioneering Full-Spectrum Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Inpatient Facility: the initial one in California and among the few nationwide. DBT represents a research-supported approach that effectively diminishes emotional instability, self-injury tendencies, and/or thoughts of suicide. Our services address adolescents with conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, borderline personality disorder, substance issues, or similar concerns. Evolve's comprehensive therapeutic offerings feature one-on-one and family counseling (no fewer than five planned 60-minute sessions weekly), DBT Skills Development Sessions (four times per week), and ongoing skills guidance (available around the clock). Adolescents acquire and implement the four essential DBT competencies: Awareness, Managing Emotions, Handling Stress, and Building Relationships. At Evolve, DBT is not merely taught; it's integrated into daily life. Supported by our expert team, young people actively use and refine their DBT abilities in various daily situations.
